Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, your order cannot be cancelled. Only a return can be made after receiving your order. Please email us first for return instructions.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, processing time can take up to 4 business days. Once your order has been processed & shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out. So make sure you give us the correct email & shipping address at check out!

If your package is lost in transit & your local post office cannot further assist you, please email us at email@example.com. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. You will have the option to either have a new package reshipped, or be refunded your order item total (not including shipping cost). If you do not receive your order after a reshipment, y item total.ou will be refunded your order item total (not including shipping cost).
WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving the item (according to the tracking number & the return postmark date). Only after we have received the returned item(s) can we begin processing your refund.
PERSONALIZED STAMPED NECKLACES CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Returns: We must be notified before returning any items! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your full name, order number & the item(s) you would like to return. Returned items must be in brand new condition & in the original packaging as you received it. Item total only is refunded (not including shipping cost).
Exchanges: Follow as a return. Place a new order for desired item(s).

JEWELRY PRODUCT CARE:
1. Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before dressing in jewelry.
2. When undressing, wipe each piece with a clean soft cloth to remove oils and perspiration.
3. Never wear jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise.
4. Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products.
5. Never expose jewelry to chlorine swimming pools or hot tubs.
